You can cancel an order on the same day by contacting our customer care before it is shipped. If you cancel in time, we will refund the full amount back to your account. It may take up to 8-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

If you wish to cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched from our warehouse, to cancel order you can email us at cancellation@lapink.com from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and we will assist you with the process.
